The front end is complete. Acerbis pro handguards fitted to standard Renthal bars. cut 1" narrower.

Handguard brackets were cut shorter to make way for the 06 front plate.

I have my motocross race Pro Taper bars mounted to a spare top clamp, that way I only need to undo the clamp bolt to fit them back on if I fancy a motocross race.

I still have to mount the new Acerbis 2.9 gallon tank with new rubber pads between the frame and the tanks underside.

I will be using 3/16 silicon rubber sheet as it gives some heat protection to the gas tank.

I drilled out the new sump guard/bash plate to stop the sound reverberation that occurs when sound from (a loud for stroke engine) bounces off a solid surface ( a sump guard)

The holes also allow any water or debris to fall out the bottom. And I also think they look pretty cool.
