Regrettably I am Selling my 16ft X 7ft Pace American trailer

 

Florida Tag, 2005 model Pace American

Trailer has been extensively modified including fully foam insulated with white paneling throughout the entire trailer.

Both the walls and the roof were insulated with reflective backed 1" Styrofoam, all joints caulked.

Trailer was purchased new 2005. Has 12 volt lighting and 110V charger with Generator/home hookup.

On board compressor with 20` hose and inflator.

I have towed this trailer with both my Dodge Ram 1500 truck and Chevy Express 2.4 v.8 van both pull it easily.

You don`t need extra mirrors as the trailer is 7 ft wide with inboard wheels and you can see each side easily.

Generator in NOT included, I used a 3KW generator and it runs everything fine.

Outside of the trailer is super clean, no rust, couple small dents and scratches.

Spare tire, Gas bottle, front rear Aluminum stone guards, backup camera. Electric Brakes.

Carrier A/C                  

The roof was additionally braced and strengthened before installing the Carrier 13.5 btu Air Conditioner.

The A/C runs ice cold and has an air shower, There is also 2 manually operated roof vents with fly screens.

New set of 4 Load-Star D550 tires with black painted rims (They matched my van) They were installed in April 2010.

Included is a small BBQ with a removable table, the table and BBQ both store securely inside the trailer out of the way.

Internal gas Hot water heater, this runs to the external shower and the inside faucet on the sink.

External shower with hose, this is great after a race to clean off. Hot and cold water with spray head.

Side locking compartment, holds 25ft power cord that connects to generator or house.

Also holds spare jack/tools and water fill hose that connects to the fill connector on the side of the trailer.

All the windows are safety glass, tinted and have fly screens fitted.

They all open and the 3 large ones have blinds on the inside.

There is a 25 Gallon fresh water tank, A 25 Gallon black/waste water tank with electronic valve.

Rear door folds down, Aluminum diamond plate on both sides, carpeted in the middle.

PVC strip curtain keeps inside living area cool and stops dust entering the front area.

BBQ table stores away against wall. bench has storage bins and underneath seat is also storage.

This area is where we also carry our 4-wheeler. it fits in the back perfect, for sale also.!

The bench will hold a standard sized Sears style tool box securely.

There is a rear speaker for the radio, its the black square thing, its operated from the radio in the living area.

storage for cans and nuts and bolts parts bin included. (not the cans or the bolts)

There is an onboard compressor that has a 20ft hose and connector with inflator, and a flood light.

This is the living and dining area, the seats and table fold down to make a small double bed.

Under the front seat is storage for the BBQ and other stuff. Built in speakers for Radio/TV/DVD player.

This is the cooking area, hot and cold water, extractor fan, light, stove with 2 burners.

The front overhead cabinets and bench area, TV/DVD player also aux audio to front speakers.

Microwave oven, magazine rack, under cabinet storage, and included fire extinguisher.

Double bunk beds, 6ft X 2ft each has window, storage bins under bottom bunk, small shelf in each bunk corner.

Due to cutbacks at work with overtime I have to sell the trailer.

This would suit a small family or a couple of riders that want to stay a whole weekend in comfort.

My family and I have had many great weekends away and never wanted anything bigger than this.

If you are downgrading from a larger trailer this is for you.

Here are a few new photos showing how the table make into a bed. It will sleep two at a pinch.

The small shelf on the side above the table serves both as a drink holder and it stores the pole that unscrewes from the bottom of the table to make the bed.

The bed takes about 30 seconds to convert to a table and back to a bed.
